vlaxy Posted April 12, 2010 Share Posted April 12, 2010 Skoro sam u jednim tekstu (necu da spominjem gde zbog reklame) nasao recept za pravljenje umakaljke pa me zanima da malo prodiskutujemo o tome 150ml Suncokretovo ulje3 kasike ljute aleve paprike ostaviti da ostoji uz povremeno mesanje a kasnije moguce dodati i beli luk u prahu. Napravio sam ovaj dip ali mi deluje suvise gusto. Mada, dakodje pise, da se moze procediti pre upotrebe kako bi se otklonili krupni sastojci. Dodao sam jos kasicicu betaina i jedan zapusac PPC-a. PredragUE Posted April 20, 2010 Share Posted April 20, 2010 Nemojte coveku na muku.....uzmes lepo taj "dip" i prospes....a onda uzmes atract,aromu,zasladjivac i mozda jos neki aditiv i zamesas u razmeri za jedno jaje....tako dobijas dip namenski za svako pecanje posebno i za svaku boilu posebno...jos ako mastovito umesas neku aromu pride ili ulje crnog bibera i sl...eto tebi extra dip...a pasulj se sprema.....pa sa pasuljem! E sad, sudeci po vasim komentarima, trebalo bi napisati pismo doticnoj redakciji da ne pisu o "zaprskama" kao dipovima. U svakom slucaju dip je napravljen i prvu priliku cu iskoristiti da ga probam.
