JaneMk Posted May 27, 2010 Share Posted May 27, 2010 Unatrag nekoliko godina ja radim mesne mikseve iskljucivo prvo sa morskom soli a u zadnje dve godine iskljucivo sa salt and pepper bez ikakvog sladila i daleko bolje se pokazo isti miks nego sa zasladjivacem Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

JaneMk Posted August 23, 2010 Share Posted August 23, 2010 Normalno da mozesh pogreshiti jer so-morska sam stavljao jednu lazicu za juhu.A to je veoma mala gramaza tako da par gramova vishe moze zeznuti stvar kao i kad sebi presolish jelo.Ali i to sam reshio sa solarovim salt koji ima tacno doziranje i nemozesh pogreshiti. ARANDJELOVAC Posted September 8, 2010 Share Posted September 8, 2010 morska so izvlaci vlagu iz boile i stvara tanku opnu svih komponenata sa kojom je boila oplemenjena.ujedno i konzervans.to kazem kada se boile posle kuvanj i hladjenja pospu sa morskom solju.treba to probati meni funkcionise.
