boza rus Posted January 6, 2013 Share Posted January 6, 2013 Riblja CorbaEvo jedan recept iz magazina "Zoo" : Potrebni sastojci: 0.5kg crnog luka, tri sveze slatke paprike,so,biber(crni i beli),aleva paprika,pasirani paradajz,lovorov list,kukuruzno brasno, persun,mirodjija,esencija,ulje,zacin "C",ljuta tucana paprika.Riba:Som,Mrena,Deverika,Keciga,Saran,Tostolobik,Vretenar(u zavisnosti ko sta ima)Priprema: Na malo ulja dinstati sitno seckani crni luk i svezu papriku sa lovorovim listom,biberom u zrnu u tucanom ljutom paprikom.Povremeno dodavati malo vode.Posle 30 minuta dodati iznutrice ribe i dinstati jos 15 minuta.Posebno zamesati u jednoj ciniji (u hladnoj vodi) dve kasike kukuruznog brasna,dve kasike zacina "C",dva decilitra pasiranog paradajza,jednu kasiku mlevenog bibera i pet grama mirodjije.Zamesanu smesu dodati u dinstano povrce i dinstati jos 15 minuta.Naliti jos 7-8 litara vode i tri kilograma pripremljene ribe.Kuvati 15 min na jakoj vatri a posle jos 30 min na tihoj vatri da "sapuce".Po potrebi dodati :so,biber,esenciju i sitno seckani persun.
