dzordz Posted March 14, 2014 Share Posted March 14, 2014 Probaj sa 15% mesnog brasna + 5% krvnog dobro se slaze sa belim lukom ili aromom kobaje. Mesno brasno koristim kada hocu nesto drugaciju boilu u odnosu na onu sa ribljim brasnom.Osim pomenutog postoji i mnogo kvalitetnije mesno brasno (bez kostiju) sa sadrzajem proteina od 90%.
